It’s been 8 months since I started Six Pack Shortcuts, designed by Mike Chang.
I like to post these little updates to tell you how I’m doing. I used to have a lot of belly fat and that was impacting my life in many ways.
- I felt tired all the time and was lacking stamina
- I felt emotionally weak and had low self esteem because of this
- Women didn’t find me very attractive, I had to use “my money” to attract them
- I felt physically weak. It’s strange to explain, but when I was in a bar I would for instance feel intimidated by other men
So 8 months ago I decided: THAT’S IT, I WANT TO CHANGE (I actually wrote that on my bathroom mirror) and I bought “Six Pack Shortcuts“, created by Mike Chang.
I didn’t know what to expect. I had been mislead before, tried other stuff but I was still carrying all that fat in the mid section. So why would this one work?
Anyway, I decided to give it a try.
I’ll honestly admit that the first two weeks were hard. I didn’t feel different or didn’t see any changes, but it was easy to stay motivated because Mike Chang is the living proof that you can have that kind of body, so I kept following his advice and exercises.
It’s around the 3rd week that I could start to feel my six pack abs. There was still a layer of fat in front of them, but I could feel them. A couple of weeks later was the first time EVER that I could actually SEE my Six Pack.
I can tell you that’s just one of the best feelings I ever had. It was such a confidence booster. You know, when you walk around in a bar or in a mall you obviously don’t walk around showing your flat abs to everyone, but just knowing they were there made me so self confident. It’s difficult to explain but I even found the courage to walk up to a perfect 10! That’s around 6 months ago and Sarah, the perfect 10, has been my girlfriend ever since.
She obviously loves my abs and other muscles (I know because she says so on a daily basis), but having those six pack abs changed me in so many other ways as well.
I’m mentally a lot stronger as well. When I walk into a bar, with or without Sarah, I feel strong and confident towards other guys as well. I’m not afraid they will steal Sarah away or be bullies, because I’m the Bad Guy now, I’m the one they should fear. I would never hurt anyone by of course, but I hope you get how it changes your self perception as well.
So, what is my conclusion of Six Pack Shortcuts, 8 months after starting it….it was the best investment of my time and money I ever made. It has transformed me, both on a physical and mental level.
If you decide to give it a try, then you’ll really be surprised of what you’ll start to feel!!
